1. Standard Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in reasonable condition and include original packaging where possible.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Results-Based Refund (Money-Back Guarantee)

If you’ve used Glowy Gummies consistently for 60 days and haven’t seen the results you expected, you may be eligible for a full refund — no return required.

To qualify:

  • You must have taken 2 gummies per day for at least 60 consecutive days.

  • You must provide before and after photos clearly showing no improvement.

  • Your request must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Only your first order is eligible.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria, or where there is evidence of product misuse or tampering.
